With this trick you can find your iPhone or Android phone even if it is turned off

Date:

Sometimes no matter how much we take care of ourselves we are victims of crime or by a carelessness we lose our cell phone; at that moment we can feel that the world is falling apart, but fortunately technology now allows us to track it even if the thieves or whoever found it have blocked it.

It doesn’t matter if your team is iPhone or if you have one with Android operating system, both options have a system that allows track your location even though it’s off; Then we will tell you how you can find where you are lost / stolen phone and what to do to block it once you find it.

iOS

1. Enter the site Search my Iphone in iCloud.com

2. Login with your apple account

3. When you open the map, at the top of the screen, in the center, the option All devices, select your iPhone (although it also works with all Apple products that you have linked)

4. The site shed the last location of your phone, even if it is off; if it is on, give the current location; If it is not, give it where it was before it was turned off and when it is turned on again, throw your current location

5. If you think the equipment is close, you can activate the option Play sound

Android

1. You have to enter the site Find my device

2. The page will ask you to log in with the mail account what do you have on the lost phone

3. A map will appear to track the equipment location, However, it just works when the phone is on; if off, only the last location will appear

4. You can also enable the option to Play sound, and if the team is close ring for 5 minutes, even if it is silent

How to block a lost phone?

In the case of the iPhone, in the same site Find my iPhone there is an option that says Lost mode; when activating it ask for a contact number; If someone finds your phone, a message will appear asking them to contact you.

In Android phones, in the Find my device site there are two options, suspend the device by entering a blocking method and leaving a message for whoever finds it; or by resetting it again, only in this last option it would no longer be traceable.
