Rocket league finally comes to iOS and Android, and it’s free! In fact, a new version of Rocket League will be tailor-made for mobile devices.
The game, according to the developer. Psyonix, it is built from the ground up to be perfectly designed for portable gaming, naturally sporting cOn touch controls, Rocket League Sideswipe will apparently be easy to collect, but will offer advanced mechanics for players to master.
Initial testing for Sideswipe is underway in Australia and New Zealand right now on Android devices. That limited-time trial will roll out to other parts of the world later, according to Psyonix.
Psyonix said that the game will be free, therefore FREE which is not surprising given that the PC game now uses that model.
And follow the pattern of other games like Call of Duty Mobile and PUBG, equivalents for both PC and console, but have moved to iOS and Android as free games powered by micro-transactions.
There is a small detail or curiosity here: Psyonix is owned by Epic Games and the company confirmed directly in the press release that Sideswipe is coming to iOS.
It appears that Epic subsidiaries are ready to let go of the long-standing battle with Apple if there is any micro-transaction money to make.
The mobile version of one of the most popular games for PC and console, such as Rocket league and Epic Games and Psyonix have finally announced their upcoming availability for Android and iPhone. But this is not a simple port but a real new game called Rocket League side scrolling.
