What to remember from this afternoon’s Pokémon Presents? (Pokémon Legends Arceus, Pokémon Diamond and Pearl …)

This afternoon at 4 pm, is the great return of “Pokémon Presents”. On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the series (February 27, 2021), The Pokémon Company is organizing a video meeting to reveal the future of the license. At the moment, no information has been leaked about this meeting. It is not known if unreleased games, remakes or other mobile games will be presented. One thing is for sure, fans are hoping for a better year than 2020, especially to celebrate 25 years of the series with dignity!

A GREAT YEAR FOR AGE 25?

Last November, on the occasion of Thanksgiving, the official Pokémon Twitter account had made its little jokes. A small logo and message that was enough to get fans all over the world excited.

POKÉMON PRESENTS – FEBRUARY 26, 2021

16H00 – It’s the debut of Pokémon Presents on February 26, 2021! It starts with a great recap of 25 years of the Pokémon series! Games on GameBoy, games on home consoles, Pokémon cards, miniatures or even anime. From the main license games to derivative games, The Pokemon Company goes over everything in review and it’s good!

16H08 – After this very good summary and the series, the CEO of The Pokémon Company takes the floor.

16H09 – The video begins with an overview of New Pokémon Snap arriving on April 30, 2021 on Switch. The opportunity to discover the first landscapes, the first characters with Professor Miroir and the first creatures to photograph! It will be possible to retouch our photos with stickers, frames and other filters. It will be possible to share your photos online through a gigantic global photo album! The new Pokémon Snap will take place in the Lentis region and you will have the opportunity to discover legendary Pokémon like Celebi!

16H13 – It’s time to take a tour of the various events that take place around the various Pokémon games, such as Sword / Shield, PokémonGo, etc.

16H14 – The Pokémon Company officially announces the remake of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl! These are Pokémon Shiny Diamond and Pokémon Shiny Pearl! The game is developed by ILCA. Return to the Sinnoh region with improved graphics! It will be possible to discover or rediscover the original adventure but with the new technologies of the Switch! Launch scheduled for late 2021. But that’s not all!

16H16 – The Pokémon Company announces Pokémon Legends: Arceus! Developed by Game Freak, this is the game expected by fans! Pokémon roam freely near a village on Crowned Mountain. This is (finally) the RPG long awaited by Pokémon fans that will allow you to discover a true open world game with Pokémon living in the wild in harsh environments in the Sinnoh region. The three starters of Pokémon Legendes: Arceus will be Brindibou, Héricendre and Moustillon. It will be possible to choose one and go on an adventure (as a coach or coach).

The town of Crowned Mountain will serve as a base for you to explore the four corners of the Sinnoh region to create the first Pokedex in the region. The game will take place before all other Pokémon games at a time when the study of creatures is not as developed. But it will already be possible to capture them using a Pokéball.

It will also be possible to fight wild Pokémon with the help of our allies. We will have to improve our combat and capture tactics to fill our pokédex as much as possible.
