If you want to request information on the departments that are under the purview of the Maharashtra State Government, you should visit the website https://rtionline.maharashtra.gov.in/. You can request information from 200 departments online through the Maharashtra State Right to Information website. You will need to apply online. The portal can be used to file an RTI request, as well as a first appeal under the Right to Information Act. Prescribed fees can be paid online. If you have more information than you requested, you will have to pay more. You can write your information in 15 words in the columns found in the online application. If there is more text than that, you need to upload a PDF file.

How to apply online?
