Supercell reveals the eSports plans of the 2021 Brawl Stars Championship
Supercell revealed its 2021 plans for the Brawl Stars Championship. The competition is expanding significantly and next year will be with more seasons and new regions will be introduced that will go to the 2021 Brawl Stars World Finals.
There will be eight regional open seasons next year. Each season will have a separate monthly finale for each region. The number of regions has been raised to seven. A new region, EECA, has been introduced, while SESA / ANZ and the East Asia region will replace APAC in the Brawl Stars Championship.
The regions of the 2021 Championship are:
- North America / North latam
- Europe / MENA
- South LATAM
- EECA
- SESA / ANZ
- East Asia
- China
From each region, eight teams will qualify for the monthly finals. At the end of the year, the best teams from each region will compete in the 2021 Brawl Stars World Finals to crown the world champion team. Unlike this year, which only saw eight teams, the 2021 World Finals will have 16 teams.
Supercell has not yet announced the 2021 Brawl Stars Championship prize pool.
An esports section will also be added to Brawl Stars next year. Players will be able to keep track of the championship directly from the game itself. A similar esports section already exists in Supercell’s other esports title, Clash Royale, where fans can see the results.
