The esports organization SK Gaming and a federal authority have leased around 5,000 square meters of office space in the “Ovum – Neue Mitte Braunsfeld”. The occupancy rate on the project by Fay Projects and Alfons & Alfreda increased to around 98 percent immediately after the topping-out ceremony.
The Ovum, which has been built by the general contractor Schmeing Bau since the fall of 2020, consists of five buildings with a rental area of around 27,000 square meters. Completion of the first buildings is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022.
“The extension of 3,100 square meters now adds to the space already rented by the federal authority by around 11,700 square meters.
