She asked him to give it back. He was slow to bring him back and excused himself, only to inform her later that his home had been burglarized.

He explained that, “because of the above, the latter’s house was raided and the stolen money was seized, and (BB) was arrested. During his investigation, he admitted that the prosecutor had given him the money to keep it in his home as trustee, so he planned to get hold of it, so he invited her to dinner, and sent his friend: (MJ, born 1996, Lebanese), to steal the amount of the house, for breakage and dislocation, in exchange for Give him 8 million lire to carry out the operation, then he alleged that his house had been robbed, trying to remove his suspicions.

The security forces indicated that “(MJ) was also detained, who confessed what was attributed to him. The amount was returned to the plaintiff, and the two detainees were deposited before the competent justice, based on his reference.”
