SouANERT with a subsidy for the start-up of electric vehicle charging stations that run on energy. According to ANRT, such charging stations can be installed in Malappuram district with a subsidy of Rs 1 lakh to Rs 10 lakh.
Allowance for them
The installation of five to 50 kW grid connected solar power plants along with an electric charging station will be subsidized at a cost of Rs 20,000 per kilowatt.
How much will it cost?
It will cost Rs 15 lakh to Rs 20 lakh to set up the charging machine. More machines will need to be installed if more electric vehicles are to be charged.

If companies are willing to invest, ANRT will install a variety of slow and fast chargers to meet corporate demand. 500 square meters of land is required to install a 50 kW solar power plant at a rate of 10 square meters per kilowatt. Together with the electric charging station, solar power plants with a capacity of five to 50 kilowatts will be installed, depending on the needs of the companies.
