Xiaomi Has launched the Redmi Note 9 series in China, which consists of Redmi Note 9 4G, Redmi Note 9 5G, and Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G. This is different from the Redmi Note 9 series launched in India earlier this year. The company has not disclosed details of the international availability of the device. However, given that the Redmi Note 9 series already exists in many countries, the brand name may change as a separate series.

The price of the new Redmi Note 9 4G is 999 yuan (about 11,220 rupees) for the 4GB RAM / 128GB storage variant, 1,099 yuan (about 12,340 rupees) and 1,299 yuan (about 14,560 rupees) for the 6GB RAM / 128GB storage variant. The original 1,499 (about 16,830 rupees) for the 8GB RAM / 128GB storage variant and for the 8GB RAM / 256GB storage variant.
This is the Redmi Note 95G version. There are 3 RAM / internal storage options. The Redmi Note 9 5G has a 6.53-inch full HD + IPS display with a refresh rate of 60Hz. It is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor. It runs Google’s Android 10 operating system and places its own MIUI 12 skin on top. All of these are backed by 5,000 units that support 18W fast charging. There is a triple camera setup on the back, which pairs a 48MP primary sensor with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The front is equipped with a 13MP sensor for taking selfies.
Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G: Specifications
Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G is the flagship of them. It features a 6.67 inch Full HD + display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750 processor paired with an Adreno 619 GPU. It runs MIUI 12 with Android 10 and is backed up by a 4,820mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.
On the back is a quad camera setup consisting of a 108MP primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. The front is equipped with a 16MP sensor for taking selfies.
