Pokémon GO: May 17 Spotlight Hour – Magikarp and Double Evolution XP
Hours of operation on May 17: Spotlight Hour on May 17 brings you a whole bunch of Magikarp in Pokémon GO. The Water-type Pokemon can evolve into Gyarados, which can Mega Evolve. These have recently been overhauled in Pokémon GO and are now easier to perform. Additionally, Magikarp’s Spotlight Hour doubles your development XP.
Is it worth the spotlight hour? The hour of prominence with Magikarp is partly worth it. If you don’t have a Gyarados yet or are on the hunt for the Shiny, you should take the lesson with you. Otherwise, the event in Pokémon GO is worth it for anyone who wants to rack up some experience points to level up a few levels. For this, you need to collect all the Pokémon that you can evolve during the attention hour and then evolve them during this time. By using the lucky egg, you get four times the amount of XP.
Pokémon GO: May 24 Featured Hour: Jurob and Double Catch Stardust

Jurob, on the other hand, is only worth it for Shiny collectors and anyone who doesn’t already have the Pokémon in their Pokédex.
Pokémon GO: May 31 Spotlight Hour – Peppeck and Double Catch EXP
Hours of attention on May 31: The final May Spotlight Hour will take place on May 31 and will allow Peppeck, the Flying-type Pokémon, to appear in the wild more frequently. The monster has recently been introduced to the game and has two more developments that cost a total of 125 candies. Is it worth the spotlight hour? The Spotlight Hour with Peppeck is probably the only one worth having in Pokémon GO in May.
