Last week, Meizu officially introduced the flagship smartphones Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro, which go on sale in China today.

The Meizu 18 Pro with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of flash memory is offered for $ 775, the versions with 8/256GB and 12/256GB of memory are priced at $ 850 and $ 930, respectively. Meizu 18 with 8/128 GB of memory is available for $ 680, versions with 8/256 GB and 12/256 GB of memory are offered for 725 and 775 dollars, respectively.

The Meizu 18 Pro smartphone is equipped with a Snapdragon 888 single-chip system, the latest generation Samsung AMOLED E4 screen with a diagonal of 6.7 inches with a resolution of 3200 × 1440 pixels, which supports an image refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and high dynamic range. Meizu 18 Pro uses UFS 3.1 and LPDDR5 memory, there are 6E and NFC Wi-Fi adapters, and the latter can be used not only for payments: it allows you to replace the car key with a smartphone.

The battery capacity is 4500mAh, 40W charging is supported. The main camera uses the main image sensor with a resolution of 50 megapixels, a separate module provides 3x optical zoom. The front camera is 44 megapixels.

Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro received UFS 3.1 flash memory and LPDDR5 RAM. The Meizu 18 is also equipped with a Snapdragon 888 and a 6.23-inch Samsung AMOLED 120Hz 3200×1440 pixel display. The battery capacity is 4000 mAh. The front camera has a resolution of 20 megapixels, the main camera in this case is 64 megapixels.

Yesterday it was learned that Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro do not support a 120Hz refresh rate at maximum screen resolution… It was later confirmed that function will be added using firmware.
