Lightroom Classic 12.0 and Camera RAW 15.0 are available – it-blogger.net

Adobe has released a scheduled update with version number 12.0 for Lightroom Classic for Windows and macOS and release of Adobe Camera Raw 15.0. With the Lightroom Classic October 2022 update, you can achieve outstanding results with your photo editing tools. With the new Content Aware Removal tool in the dashboard repair you can remove unwanted areas or objects from a photo. The functions to automatically select people, objects and backgrounds in the panel masks enable entirely new workflows for image processing. Add to that support for the latest cameras and lenses, along with the usual bug fixes and optimizations. You can find a full list of compatible cameras and lenses here here Y here. The update for Lightroom Classic 12.0 and Camera RAW 15.0 can now be downloaded both from the update function and from the official Adobe website. You can update all apps to the latest version using the Creative Cloud desktop app. Installed applications can be updated automatically, manually and all at once. New features and improvements added in October 2022:

  • Seamlessly remove unwanted areas from images: Create error-free images with a single click! Ultimate editing control with the Content Removal tool to remove hard-to-reach spots, distractions, and other unwanted elements in a photo.
  • Automatic selection of people, objects and backgrounds in an image: You can now automatically select people, objects and backgrounds in your image and make changes to the selection. Define image areas and modify image editing to get the desired result. Find these advanced tools and more in the new Skin panel.
  • Creatively adjust photos in Lightroom Classic with the Adaptive Portrait feature. With adaptive AI-powered presets, photos can be enhanced with just one click.
  • Enjoy faster import of data from portable devices on Windows computers and enjoy faster thumbnail display.
  • Easily switch left and right panels in Lightroom Classic. To do this, go to Preferences > User Interface > Swap the groups in the left and right panes. When you’re done, restart Lightroom Classic and the panels will swap.
  • When importing, Lightroom Classic displays the parent folder by default, so you can organize and select your photos more efficiently.
  • You can now disable auto-advance during auto-import.
