Influencer blatantly lies in front of the camera

Influencers are often subject to the prejudice that they advertise everything for money, even if they don’t personally endorse the product. YouTuber Marvin Wildhage wanted to know if that was really true.

That’s why he produced a fake amateur-style movie that had no meaning in terms of content, which Instagram models were supposed to promote for him. The result: In fact, some influencers fell for the joke of the 25-year-old.

Youtuber Marvin deceives influencers

It is said that “A Hole” will be in theaters in 2023 and about the “hunt for the unstoppable hole, which represents mortality”, at least that’s what the Youtuber promised in his emails to various addresses. “That’s how all the arthouse producers describe his movies, which are about absolutely nothing,” he said in the reveal video of him.

In fact, the thriller doesn’t make any sense. According to Marvin, the mystical “hole” is a “butt hole”, which is even hidden in the movie poster.

“I’m very, very excited to see who will end up advertising our little blockbuster,” the youtuber continued. Because aside from an Instagram account with fake followers, likes, and comments, there is no trace of the movie on the internet, no information about the director and actors, and no trailer.

Vanessa Miraposa promotes false film

In just ten minutes, Marvin received the first positive response to his request: an Instagram model agreed to promote the dubious film and even appear at the premiere at Berlin’s Zoopalast.

And influencer Vanessa Mariposa also agreed to promote the strip in an Instagram story. The 29-year-old is no stranger to the youtuber, because last year she fell for a very similar joke: under the name “Hydrohype”, Marvin gave the fitness model a skin cream from a fake brand.

After it was revealed that the product was fake and that the bottle did not actually contain an “organic vegan skin cream” but rather a lubricating gel, the influencer apologized for her mistake and her advertising lie. He separated from his management and assured that something like this would never happen again.

“Test Failed”

With that in mind, it’s even more surprising that Vanessa Mariposa lavished praise on “A Hole” on her Instagram Story just days after signing the endorsement deal.

The model even went so far as to claim that she saw the movie before anyone else. – a blatant lie, because according to Marvin, the film hadn’t even finished production at the time of the Instagram story. “Test failed”, the YouTuber concluded and already joked with the second part of his joke.
