A 48-year-old actress-turned health guru, promotes online “Climate Neutral Certification” productions by Los Angeles-based bespoke bed maker Avocado.
Beds totaling £ 30,000 ($ 38,835) to £ 45,000 ($ 58,252) are made to order in 3 months and the mattress alone costs a whopping £ 25,000 ($ 32,000).

The beds are made of 29 layers of responsibly procured material, all assembled by hand (pictured).
The company won the Good Housekeeping “Sustainable Innovation Award” in 2020 and has made a name for itself in the world of sustainable furniture manufacturing.
Goop beds are made from 29 layers of sustainable organic materials, including pure latex and heritage wool from Goop farms in India and cashmere from the Royal Alpaca of the Peruvian Andes.
The other layers are packed together with coco fibers from temperate regions of Asia, “non-violent” organic silk, and recycled steel coils.
The frame, on the other hand, is made of recycled wood and has handmade springs in organic cotton pockets to provide bed support and comfort.
Bespoke beds are tailor-made to the client’s specifications, and 12 craftsmen create the work over the course of several weeks.
Gwyenth praised the bed as “a standard crushing, certified organic, bespoke sleep system that beautifully blurs the line between the next level of comfort and sustainability,” with a few 12 craftsmen. It takes a month to get to bed together.
Founded in 2008, Goop is known for its eyebrow-raising products.
Gwines also sells luxurious accessories such as 272 pounds of sustainable pillows, 1,440 pounds of cashmere blankets, 490 pounds of sheets and 588 pounds of duvet covers on a bed close to 50,000 pounds.
