in Reddit we find an interesting game system. This was put together by Reddit users. Godbq and several aspects are certainly very exciting. We will start with the case, because it is already a self-construction from the 3D printer. The correct template will be freely offered.
The other components are an Intel Core i5-12400F (test) in a Gigabyte B660I Aorus Pro DDR4 along with 16 GB Thermaltake Toughram RC DDR4-4400. As graphics card a Palit GeForce GTX 1650 KalmX is used. This is a passively cooled card. A Team Group T-Force Cardea Zero Z440 1TB is used as SSD.
Passive cooling is an important issue, because the processor is also passively cooled in addition to the graphics card. The Noctua NH-P1 is used here (test). Both this and the graphics card cooler were provided with a “chromax.black” mod and painted black.
The power supply is also located under the case, which is more of a simple frame into which the motherboard and all installed components are attached. This is a Rgeek 450P Peak Power Supply with 450W.
There is also some information on temperatures. The entire system is said to have a power consumption of 191 W. The processor is supposed to work at a temperature of 78 °C, the GPU of the graphics card at 80 °C. Undervolting reduced power consumption to around 150 W. CPU and GPU temperatures then dropped to 69 and 71 °C, respectively.
