All new trailer NPCs appear to be fairly loyal to Brotherhood. Classically, it’s a group of humorless enthusiasts who don’t want anyone just playing all the tech toys in the aftermath of World War I. On the other hand, they have cool armor and big guns, so even if you don’t agree with their principles, joining is probably not a bad idea.
In addition to the first chapter of the Brotherhood of Steel Quest Line, the Steeldon Expansion features a camp shelter-a new instantiated underground base for you to build and decorate. Also, as part of Fallout 76 Season 3, there are two new “light” allies that you can add to your camp as you rank up to levels 25 and 50. These do not offer quests, but they can act as vendors and help you. Get out with your food and the need for healing. Fallout 76: Steel Dawn arrives on December 1st.
