Starting today, the cooperative PvPvE multiplayer action title Evil Dead: The Game by developer interactive saber and publishers team boss games Available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC through the Epic Games Store. The Evil Dead: The Game Deluxe Edition, also available today, also includes the season pass 1. This has the “Classics Pack” ready, with classic outfits for the crew, as well as the next three DLC packs with new characters and cosmetic items.
The Evil Dead: The Game launch trailer showcases the game’s spooky world and intense gameplay as you battle the Kandarian demon. The trailer is packed with references to cult scenes and the expanded Evil Dead cosmos and is accompanied by the new song “Come Get Some”. The wonderful tribute to the Evil Dead franchise was written by legendary artist and die-hard Evil Dead fan Method Man and hip hop producer Statik Selektah.

Inspired by the iconic horror, humor and action of the Evil Dead series, Evil Dead: The Game brings together the series’ most iconic faces in a thrilling battle against the forces of darkness. Players act in a team of four to kick some Deadites butt and banish the hideous Kandarian Demon. Or you can become a demon and use his powers to stop the heroes and devour their souls.
Players can choose their favorite from a pool of fan favorites from all eras of the series, including Ash, Kelly Maxwell, Pablo Simon Bolivar, Annie Knowby, Scotty, and Lord Arthur. They have 25 powerful weapons to choose from, including the trusty chainsaw and boomstick, to charge into battle. To survive the night, players can choose from a variety of character classes to best suit their playstyle.

Boss Team Games has officially licensed the title from Renaissance Pictures, STUDIOCANAL, entertainment leader Metro Goldwyn Mayer (MGM), and global content leader Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B) to deliver the first cross-platform game for console and PC based on the films The Evil Dead, Evil Dead II: Dead by Dawn and Army of Darkness, and the STARZ television series Ash vs Evil Dead. The game is being developed and published by Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games.
The game also supports NVIDIA AI-accelerated DLSS on NVIDIA graphics cards. The title can also be played via GeForce NOW, NVIDIA’s cloud gaming service.
