NFL fans will be more than aware that we are less than two weeks away from the start of the 2022-23 season, and as that is the case, the NFL has a new partnership with Enthusiast Gaming. Announced where the couple will host a series of weekly competitions.
Known as NFL Tuesday Night Gaming, you’ll see a “rotating roster of 12 NFL players/legends and 6 game developers competing in three game titles each week in an exciting new format” beginning September 13.
We are told that after each week, the teams will qualify and the top four teams will qualify for a single-elimination playoff that offers a chance to be crowned the first champion.
“The NFL is excited to partner with Enthusiast Gaming on this first-of-its-kind content series for the league,” said Joe Ruggiero, NFL senior vice president of consumer products. “NFL Tuesday Night Gaming will be a unique addition to our weekly schedule, reaching out to the broader gaming community through a fun mix of NFL stars and gaming culture.”
There will also be weekly live streaming plays, games of the week, highlights and more, all leveraging the scale of the NFL and the Enthusiast network to produce.
