Chronic Cyberpunk 2077: CD Projekt Responds to Investor Complaint!
Since the release of Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt sees red. In addition to the disorderly management of redemptions around the title, its investors have filed a complaint against it. The studio recently spoke on its website. Fkz explains everything in the day to day today.
Released December 10 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and Stadia, Cyberpunk 2077 it aroused the outrage of the public and the press. In question, poorly functioning console versions, especially on early PlayStation 4 and Xbox One models. These disastrous editions saw studio CD Projekt apologize on Twitter, promising a refund to disgruntled gamers. But it doesn’t stop there.
A firm answer
Fkz recalls that a week ago, two law firms filed a class action lawsuit (on behalf of the investors) against the studio. The latter accuse CD Projekt of having issued “misrepresentation for profitHowever, in addition to a slight rise over 10 days, the stock of the Polish studio has been in free fall since December 4, which explains the anger of investors.
Fkz indicates that this morning CD Projekt announced that it had learned of the complaint filed by the two firms. It is on the official site where we can find your press release. The latter reports that the complaint filed aims to find out whether or not the study has violated federal law. CD Projekt specifies that no amount has been established for damages potentially paid and that the studio will defend itself “vigorously“against such charges.
