Two Remedy Entertainment games will be set in a common world, one with the title AAA and the other will be a smaller experience.
This news comes through an interview. Gamesindustry.biz Done with Remedy CEO Tero Virtala, who explained what the multiple Remedy development teams are working on. There are four teams in total that are working on five different games, and one of those four teams is working on two titles funded by Epic Games.
“When we focused on making a single story, I don’t think we were using enough of all the hard work that we did to create funds for these worlds,” Vertala told Gamesindustry.biz. “With Control we have taken the first step to give players more reasons to spend more time in the world and explore and it has been a success.”

None of these Epic-funded games have been officially announced, although they are expected to be released for consoles and PC.
Team Remedy’s Control is working on its next game while also working on opportunities for new services. Another team is working on the single-player campaign for Crossfire X and a third team is working on a live service cooperative multiplayer title called Vanguard. Remedy’s fourth and final team is the one working on two Epic-funded games.
