The beer has been brewed at Grubberg in Gaming for 10 years. That deserves to be celebrated, thought brewmaster Peter Bruckner, his wife Karin and his son Benjamin, which is why they invited them to the anniversary party last Thursday. Friends, neighbors, employees, and community and business representatives gratefully accepted the invitation.
The junior director demonstrates how quickly the company has developed over the last ten years with some key figures: “Since 2012 we have had 3,500 opening days and 3,600 tours of our house. We brew 1.6 million liters of beer and we made it 1,600 times.” Mayor Renate Rakwetz, who is especially proud to have such a successful business in her community, agrees that the numbers are impressive. “You really did everything right and you are already assured of a successor,” she emphasizes, and wishes him all the best for the next 20, 30 and 40 years.
WK District President Erika Pruckner presented the Bruckners with a certificate of thanks and appreciation for the family’s tireless commitment. After a joint “High on the Ötscher above”, accompanied by “Lackenhofer Dreier Blech”, the guests toasted the anniversary with a glass of whisky, of course from Bruckner.
