Chimeraland – Chimeraland multiplatform MMO launches in English version

After testing last summer, Chimeraland has just launched in a handful of Asian countries, especially in English, inviting the curious to venture into its open, spherical world populated by fantastic creatures.

After being tested last summer as part of a beta version that hosts several thousand testers, Chimerland has just started operations in some Asian countries (Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines), in a version translated into English. And for the occasion, the game reveals its playability in a long video clip of about twenty minutes.

For memory, Chimeraland It is presented as a cross-platform MMO (distributed on PC and mobile devices) that immerses players in a vast open world freely inspired by the Mountains and seas book, a collection that compiles geographic data and legends of ancient China.
More specifically, Chimeraland is betting on freedom: the options to customize your hero are multiple and the game world is completely open, with no loading screen. The developer evokes a “gopen world”, to designate a world both “open” and in the form of a “globe”, since the players evolve in a spherical world of almost 1000 km², formed by four continents, oceans and islands floating in the heaven, without invisible borders. And players can install houses in this open world, with little or no restrictions (in particular, they can be installed on the bottom of the sea).

This game world is populated with fantastic creatures (from the smallest to the most mythical), which players can search for to obtain the necessary resources for crafting. They can also be captured to make mounts or pets and upgrade them, with the developer claiming hundreds of different creatures, including colossal ancient beasts.

The game also incorporates PvP mechanics and a combat system based on the choice of weapons (weapons determine the style of play).
