Jen Oneal, Studio Head of Vicarious Visions, has been promoted to Blizzard’s Executive Vice President of Development, will be part of Blizzard’s leadership team, and will report to Blizzard’s President, J. Allen Brack.
Simon Ebejer, Chief Operating Officer of Vicarious Visions, will take over the studio from Oneal.Vicarious Visions was founded in 1990 and was acquired by Activision in 2005. The studio has worked on everything from Guitar Hero, Spider-Man, Tony Hawk, Crash Bandicoot, Destiny, Skylanders and more. Founding members Karthik Bala and Guha Bala left the company in 2016 to set up Velan Studios, the development studio for Mario Kart Live Home Circuit.
