Business laptop with gaming for 1000 – 1500 euros

It should be used primarily for work (programming and Office).

I work 50/50 at home or at work. I have one in both places Philips 346B1C/00 Screen to which the mouse/keyboard/LAN is connected. The Philips screen should be usable at 1440p and 100Hz.
The laptop only needs to be able to connect with one cable (USB-C, Thunderbolt) for it to work.

The screen must be anti-glare and, if possible, have a refresh rate of >=100 Hz.
