A gaming mouse as light as a tennis ball

The American manufacturer of computer accessories Razer has launched the new Viper V2 Pro gaming mouse. This should bring about improved optical mouse switches from the third generation and a new optical sensor. In addition, the mouse weighs 58 grams, almost as much as a tennis ball.

Razer has now announced a new gaming mouse that offers exclusive technologies and is said to have been developed with the help of esports professionals. This is the Viper V2 Pro, a lightweight wireless mouse aimed at tournament players. It weighs 58 grams and according to Razer it is more than 20 percent lighter than the Viper Ultimate and therefore in the same weight class as a tennis ball. The latter has been updated to support up to 26 levels of height adjustment, compared to three in the previous generation. This wider range of customization options is intended to allow players to set a takeoff and landing distance that can be fully tailored to their own style of play.

The Viper V2 Pro also features Razer’s new third-generation optical mouse switches with no double-click issues and no debounce lag, the company notes. Razer’s lightweight gaming mouse battery can be charged via USB Type-C, while the bottom of the Viper V2 Pro is said to have a DPI button that lets you change sensitivity on the fly without having to use software. .
