InternetDesk: The privacy of personal information is a priority for everyone who currently uses online. Every day we use a wide variety of apps and websites for services like emails, chat, shopping, backup, ticket reservation, food ordering. However, there have long been allegations that some applications collect personal information from the user while accessing these services. In this context, Apple has made available to its users a function that allows them to know the details of the applications that track user data and deny them permissions. To this end, it has updated the recently released iOS 15 operating system to iOS 15.2 version. Users can update this version and make minor changes to their phone settings and check the tracking apps. Let’s look at Adelano again.
* Users must first update to iOS 15.2 on their Apple phones (iPhone 6S and later).
* Then go to Phone Settings and click on Privacy option. Scroll down to the ‘App Privacy Report’ option. Clicking on it will reveal the applications on your mobile that have accessed the data.
* Apps that collect your data in this way can be immediately disabled if you give them any permission regarding camera, microphone, or location. Doing so can prevent applications from collecting your data.
