Google Drive will now also support offline mode. The company has announced this in one of its blog posts. That is, now users can access files, PDFs, and photos on Google Drive without the Internet. However, to do this, you must mark these files offline beforehand. After this, these files can be opened through the browser in offline mode.
Google Drive must be installed on the PC to use the feature
Let us know that Google started testing this feature in beta in 2019 and now this feature is rolling out for all users. To use the feature, you must first install the Google Drive desktop app on Mac or Windows. Apart from this, the offline access option must be enabled in Drive settings on the web. After the setup process is complete, right-clicking on the file will bring up the Available offline option.
