Apple has created a pretty predictable blueprint when it comes to rolling out new smartphones in its portfolio. In 2021, however, he will make an exception to the rule, in the best possible way. The iPhone 13 has a great chance of getting to stores faster.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned about Apple over the past decade, it’s that the Cupertino giant has become increasingly ineffective at keeping a secret. Each release was detailed online a few weeks in advance, if not a few months. The closer we get to launching the iPhone 13, the more that will happen in 2021.
iPhone 13, closer than you think
The iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro were released last year in the form of pre-orders in mid-October. The iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max hit store shelves a little later, in early November.
This year, Apple seems to have developed its distribution and production device a little better. Consequently, the four models iPhone 13 it will reach users at the same time, without delay and much faster than in 2020.
Confirmation in this regard came from an online trading platform in China. The screenshot below was posted by user @PandaIsBald on Weibo, the Chinese Twitter. He shows us the four models. iPhone 13 and draws attention to the fact that they will be available for sale from September 17.
If it was not obvious in the screenshot, this information is specific to China, but since the country in question was part of the first wave of availability in the past, we can perceive the date in question as a reference for the global launch. Apple AirPods 3 TWS will also launch next month, but a little later, on September 30.
In terms of sales, Apple expects demand for the iPhone 13 to be significantly higher than for the iPhone 12. For this reason, the company will have 20% more units available at launch compared to last year.
