Hades, winner of more than 50 GOTY awards and an acclaimed indie game, will hit numerous consoles this summer. As announced at E3 this Sunday night, the game from developers Supergiant Games will launch on August 13, 2021 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. Therefore, you can no longer play the indie hit exclusively on PC and Nintendo Switch.

The creators of Bastion and Transistor present an action packed dungeon crawler with a rogue appearance. Use the powers and mythical weapons of Olympus to escape the underworld and your own ruler. With each unique escape attempt, you get stronger and discover more of the story.

The boxed edition contains the following additional content:

  • A download code for Darren Korb’s epic original Hades soundtrack: a two-and-a-half-hour feast for the ears.
  • A 32-page character booklet with illustrations by Jen Zee depicting the motley ranks of gods, ghosts and monsters.
