- You will no longer be able to make in-game purchases through PS3, PS Vita, and PSP titles.
- You will no longer be able to redeem PSN wallet fund codes (for example, gift cards) on PS3, PS Vita, and PSP when PlayStation Store and the purchase functionality for those devices are closed. The funds from the PSN wallet will remain in your PSN account, however, you will only be able to use them to purchase PS4 and PS5 products from the PlayStation Store from the web, the PlayStation app, or the PS4 and PS5 consoles.
How can I access my games?
You can download its proprietary content on PS3, PS Vita or PSP by accessing the download list from the respective device.
I’m only active on PS3, PS Vita, or PSP and I don’t currently have a PS4 or PS5. What will happen to the funds left in my PSN wallet after the PlayStation Store closes for these devices?
The funds from the PSN wallet will remain in your PSN account, however, you will only be able to use them to purchase PS4 and PS5 products from the PlayStation Store from the web, the PlayStation app, or the PS4 and PS5 consoles.
If you’re only active on PS3, PS Vita, or PSP, you’re not using a PS4 or PS5 console, and you don’t intend to use one, you can request a refund of the funds left in your wallet.
If you intend to top up your wallet before the store closes, we recommend that you top up only the minimum amount necessary to purchase the desired content.

Will I still be able to purchase Cross-Buy content after the PlayStation Store closes and purchase functionality on PS3, PS Vita and PSP?
Yes, you will still be able to purchase Cross-Buy content through the PlayStation Store from the web, the PlayStation app, or the PS4 and PS5 consoles, and access the PS4 and PS3 / PS Vita / PSP versions.
Will closing the PlayStation Store and purchasing functionality on PS3, PS Vita, and PSP affect my PlayStation Plus or PlayStation Now subscription?
No, this will not affect users’ active PlayStation Plus or PlayStation Now subscriptions.
Will the closure of the PlayStation Store and purchase functionality on PS3, PS Vita, and PSP affect the titles I redeemed through my PlayStation Plus membership?
No, you will still be able to redownload and play redeemed games through PlayStation Plus, for the duration of your service subscription.
Will I be able to redeem codes on PS3, PS Vita and PSP after the PlayStation Store and the purchase feature close?
- You will still be able to redeem PlayStation Plus games and codes on PS3, PS Vita, and PSP when the PlayStation Store and purchase functionality for those devices are closed.
