Twitch Chat Lands Airplane in Microsoft Flight Sim • TECH GAMING REPORT

As anyone who has seen Twitch Plays Pokémon knows, handing over a controller to Twitch Chat can be chaotic at best, Worst platform destruction.. Still, somewhat surprisingly, the hordes managed to fly the plane in Microsoft Flight Sim-successfully completed a dangerous maneuver and landed the plane.

The experiment was sponsored by Vlambeer co-founder Rami Ismail. The person who set the stream Allows Twitch chat members to change the speed, direction, and target altitude of the Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner (among other features). Surprisingly, Twitch Chat took off from Košice International Airport, flew for about an hour, performed a barrel roll, and then returned to Slovakia Airport, where the flight began. Not bad considering that there were dozens of pilots on the plane.

However, as with Twitch chat, there was a fair amount of quarreling and sabotage-including one naughty chat member who kept trying to turn off the engine during takeoff. Ismail pointed out that there was a rare moment of unification when the clouds opened and everyone had the opportunity to see the scenery.

This feat is certainly impressive, but I’m still not sure if I really want to fly and have a Twitch chat. There is enough eddy without the need for barrel rolls.
